At Bond Wear, we want you to love every piece you choose. Should something not be quite right, our refined return process ensures a seamless, hassle-free experience.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Full Refund: Return within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchange: Available within 7 days of delivery.

How to Make a Return

Condition of Items

  • Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and free from stains, makeup, or any signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories must be included.

Processing

  • Refunds and exchanges are arranged once the items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Delivery Fees

  • Return and exchange delivery costs are covered by the customer.

  • In the rare case of a factory defect, Bond Wear will bear all delivery fees.

Exclusions

  • Customized items, such as our Jalabiya Collection, are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Perfumes and Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
