Condition of Items

Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and free from stains, makeup, or any signs of wear.

All original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories must be included.
Processing

Refunds and exchanges are arranged once the items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Delivery Fees

Return and exchange delivery costs are covered by the customer.

In the rare case of a factory defect, Bond Wear will bear all delivery fees.
Exclusions

Customized items, such as our Jalabiya Collection, are not eligible for return or exchange.
