Condition of Items

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and free from stains, makeup, or any signs of wear.
Packaging
All original packaging, tags, and accompanying accessories must be included.
Processing
Inspection
Refunds and exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Delivery Fees

Return and exchange delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Factory Defects
In the rare case of a factory defect, Bond Wear will cover all delivery fees in full.
Exclusions
Customised Items
Items from our Jalabiya Collection and all customised pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Perfumes & Accessories
Perfumes and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
